Return Policy:

We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is easy. If you are unhappy with a purchase when it is delivered, simply ship back within 7 business days of the delivery.

Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be returned with a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item including the sales tax, if applicable.

Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the card's statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of shipping during your return.

For a full item credit, returns must include all original attached tags, boxes and in original brand new condition. We are also happy to exchange any item - the above applies.

The quickest way to do this is simply send your first order back for a full refund and re-order immediately from our website. This insures you will receive the replacement products as quickly as possible.

When returning items: Please include your name, address, order number and contact telephone number in an envelope taped to the outside or placed inside the box.

Shipping:

Orders received prior to 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped same day, subject to availability.

Inventory will fluctuate on custom-made items.

Orders are normally shipped by UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).
